Make sure all accessories in the vehicle are off, so as not t o cause an arc.

CHARGE RATE SELECTION CHARGE RATE SELECTION Afte r the clamps are connected, plug in the charger to an AC outlet and the charger will show a circulat ing pattern on the Digital Display.
