3 Select the print quality, t he number of copi es to print, the t ype of paper to use , and how the page s should prin t. 4 Click OK to close any printer software dia logs. 5 Click OK or Print . For Macintosh users 1 With a docu ment open, choos e File > Pag e Se tup .

Notes : • If the printer is connected only to a local computer, then the printer will automatically down load a list of t he scan applica tions. • You may be prompted to enter a PIN if the comput er requires it.

Cannot delete docum ents from the print queue If you have jo bs stuck in the print queue and ca nnot delete t hem to get other job s to print, th en the compute r and printer may not be communicating.
