Operating Instructions - Components On/Off Swit ch: The unit is “On” when th e switch (#2) is in the “Pushed down” position. The unit is “Off” when the switch is in its “Up” position. Safety Cap (#1) In order to open the Safety Cap, first press it down and then turn counter clockwise.

How to fit the Towel Over the Recta ngular Brush (#9) cont. Fig. E 6. Place the towel around the brush, and repeat folding th e towel as shown in Fig. E. When folding the towel, leave some slack. Do not pull tightly around the brush , leave some looseness.
Tips On How To Use Your System Wate r • Use tap water for all your cleaning needs. • However, if you live in an area with hard water, use demineralized/distilled water when cleaning light colored fabrics to eliminate the possibility of hard water stains.
Using Your Vapor Steam Cleaner Wood, Vinyl and Marble Floors Use the large floor brush with a terry cloth att ached. Move the b rush across the floor as if you a re mopping. When the towel is soiled, you can turn the towel over or replace it with a clean towel .
Fiberglass or Stai nless Steel Surfaces Use small nylon detail brush. Slowly move the brush over the su rface to be cleaned. The vapor will emulsify the dirt and gr ease on the sur face. Follow behind with a terr y cloth towel over the b rush to remove excess moisture and residue.
Nicotine and Tar Nicotine and tar dissolves at high temperatures and becomes a light yellow oil that has the consistency of sewing machine oil. When the nicotine/ta r film is touched by a hot t erry cloth towel clipped over the rectangular brush, it im mediately dissolves and flows into the towel.
