3 Transportation W hen you transport this monitor for repair or shipment, use the original carton and packing ma te r i a l s. Retracting the b ase st and If y ou want to bend up the ba se to 90 degrees for transportation, p lease push the 2 metal pillars on the botto m of base and fo ld to 90 degrees as s hown in the illustration below.
4 Wall mounting If you want t o mount your LCD displa y on the wall, pleas e follow the steps descri bed below using the wall mount kit or arm.. First, r emov e rear cov er Insert a coin or flat sc rewdriver into the rear cover sl ot and pull ou t the rear cover.
5 Getting Started Unpacking Your LCD Display Aft er you have unpacked your LCD display, m ake sure that the following items are included in the package. • LCD displ ay • Adaptor E-17: Must use one of the following adaptors : Linearity LAD6019AB4, LAD6019AB 5 or Li Shin LSE9901B1260, 0217B 1250.
6 Control Buttons Front Vie w ON/OFF Button Push once to turn your LCD display ON and push again to turn it OFF. Power LED The power LED w ill turn to green under normal operation and orange w hen in standby m ode.
7 Installation Connecti ng LCD Display to PC (Analog)— 1. Rem ove all the packages f rom the panel. 2. Plac e your LCD display in a suitable pl ace. Make sure that there is enough space for adj ustment, especially the rear of the panel.
8 A djusting Your LCD Display In the OSD menu, you will find all kinds of feat ures to help you adjust your LCD di splay to the optimal perform ance. Impo rta nt! Though manual adj ustment of the LCD dis play is available, we strongly recommend that y ou use the panel’s a uto adjustme nt function.
9 OSD T ransparen cy • Select Transparenc y OSD in the OSD Adjust menu to adjust the tran sparenc y of OSD win d o w. • Push and button to adjust value between 0 and 100. Phase & Clo ck / • Select Clock and Phas e in the Display A djust menu t o m odify the dist ortion of video s ignal.
10 Recall • Select Recall to reset all features to def ault setti ngs. • Push and button to Recall. Language • Select Language in the OSD Adjust menu to choose a desired language for the OSD. • Push and button to select ; options are displayed at t he bottom of the OSD window.
