12 C HAPTER 1: G ETTING S TARTED Accessing the TUI This section describes how to init ialize and then access your mailbox through your phone’ s T elepho ne User Interface (TUI). This guide describes the TUI (voice prompt menu system) provided by the 3Com native interface.

Use it to c reate a nd modify forms a nd to collect da ta fro m users. Access the Form Mailb ox through the Personal Greeting menu which allows the caller to select a form to fill out.

The Schedule Greetings screen appears. If there is no recorded greeting, th is message appear s in the Greeting Number text box: “No Greeting s Recorded”.

This allo ws the system to know your identity when you access the system from other media such as a mobile phone, a fax, or a dif ferent e-mail address.
