2 Step 2 Remov e packaged par ts Remov e and unpackage w ar ming rack, W eber Warm-Up Basket, 2 cooking g rates, cardboard bo x (which contains cookbook and warranty card), 8 short stainless steel Flav orizer Bars and 5 long stainless steel Flav or izer Bars.
3 Step 3 Reinstallation of Stainless Steel Flav or izer Bars, Cooking Gr ates and W ar ming Rack Set the long stainless steel Flav orizer Bars side to side in the lower position of the cooking bo x, then set the shor t stainless steel Flav orizer Bars, front to back in the upper position.
Step 6 Install Lid Remov e hinge pins and hair pin cotters from back of cooking bo x. Set the lid in place. Align the hinges at the rear of the barbecue. Inser t hinge pins from the outside. Insert hair pin cotters into the small holes in the hinge pins.
5 Step 9 Check that items are secured Note - Although the f ollowing items were f actor y assembled, chec k that they ha ve not loosened during shipping and handling. Remov e the tape from the manif old brack et. Check that the br ack et is securely hooked onto the frame brace and under the manif old at the center bur ner valv e.
