4 Connecting microphones to the DA-5800RX Connect up to three microphones to the MIC 1, MIC 2, and MIC 3 ¼” inputs using a mic cable with a ¼” jack.
5 Front Panel 1. Microphone inputs - Connect microphones here using ¼” microphone cables. 2. Microphone V olume controls - Adjusts the volume for each individual microphone channel. 3. Microphone EQ controls - Optimize the vocal tone using the mic EQ .
6 Front Panel 9. L/R button - These buttons will cycle between three AUDIO playback modes: STEREO L/R, MONO L/L and MONO R/R . In Stereo mode, audio playback is standard L/R audio. In L/L mode, the right channel is removed, and replaced with a duplicate left channel.
7 Rear Panel 1. AC input - Connect the female end of the power cord here. 2. V oltage selector - Selects between 115V and 230V power settings. 3. Exciter On/Off - Enhances the music tone. 4. Audio Outputs (XLR) - Master output using XLR cables. 5. Subwoofer level control- Adjust the level of the subwoofer connected to the SUB OUT.
8 Rear Panel 9. Subwoofer output (RCA) - Connect to a powered subwoofer using an RCA cable. 10. Center output (RCA) - Connect to an additional monitor using an RCA cable 11. L/R Pre output (RCA) - Connect to a mixer, amp, TV etc. using L and R (white & red) RCA cables.

10 T urning on the DA-5800RX Be sure the DA-5800RX is plugged into a power outlet and switch the power button to ON. Switching between A V input channels Press the INPUT button on the front panel of the DA-5800RX. This will switch between the CDG AV inputs, DVD AV inputs and AUX AV inputs.
11 Basic Operations Using the Microphone Equalizer First set all of the controls to the center position (±0). While somebody is speaking or singing through the mic, adjust the EQ controls until the desired tone is found.
