4 INTRODUCTION AND FEA TURES Thank you for selecting the V ector Model VEC1 086B 2/4/6 AMP 12 V olt Smar t Batter y Charger . With proper care and use, it will give you years of dependable ser vice. This batter y charger has a high charge rate of up to 6 amps, and low charge rate of up to 2 amps.

CHARGE RA TE SELECTION After charger clamps are correctly connected, plug in the charger to an AC outlet and the power indicator lights. Select proper charge current rate based on batter y size. Press the 2/4/6 AMP push button and the charger will begin charging at 2 amps.
7 INTERNAL SHOR T CELL BA TTER Y • If the batter y being charged has an internal shor ted cell, the F AUL T LED will light. • If F AULT LED light comes on, V ector recommends you take your batter y to a cer tified automotive ser vice center for evaluation.
