6 Ceramic hob cooking z ones To switch on a cooking zone, turn the relevant control knob to the required heat setting. The control knob is numbered 0 - 6 0 - OFF 6 - Maximum. We recommend the plates are switched to maximum (6) for a short while to boost the cooking zone, and then adjusted to the required setting.

13 Runner positions are not critical, but make sure the shelves are evenly spread. When cooking more than one dish in the fan oven, place dishes centrally on the shelves rather than several dishes on one shelf. When the oven is full, you may need to allow slightly longer cooking time.
14 The oven fan operates without heat and circulates the air , at room temperature, inside the oven. This increases the speed of defrosting. However , please note that the temperature of the kitchen will influence the speed of defrosting. This function is particularly suitable for delicate food which could be damaged by heat, e.
