Chapter 1. D V B - T U S B S E T - T O P B O X Introduction 1.1 Introduction DVB-USB is an advanced-designed digita l television re ceiver for PC users, especially for view ing and recordi ng digital progr ams. Recordings can be made while viewing the programs or prescheduled in adv ance.

Chapter 2. Inst allation Procedure Before you proceed with the installation , it is importa nt that you to know: A complete installation includes “Driver” and “Application Prog ram”, both parts can be inst alled easily from the softwar e CD. Please follow the instructions .
A. Execute the “Setup.exe” program from the CD. The Inst allShield Wizard will check the operating system version fi rst. Please follow the directions af ter it finishes check ing. B. Click “Next” to continue. C. Choose “ I agree…. ” and click “Next” to continue.
D. Enter your user information and click “Next” to continue. E. Please input 16 serial numbers and click “Next” to continue. (Serial number can be found on the sof tware CD label) 7.
F. Please read the infor mation and click “Next” to continue. G. Please select the us er interfac e language that you want to inst all and click “Next” to continue.
(Or click “Change” to sw itch to an existing folder) I. Select a shortcut folde r and click “Next” to continue. 9.
J. Please click “Next” to process with inst allation K. Rest art the computer and make sure the DVB-T USB SET -TOP BOX is connected to your computer corre ctly . Please wa it 2 -3 min u tes for the syste m to fin d the device. The DVB-T USB SET -TOP BOX is now successfully inst alled.
L. Click “F inish” to complete the installation. Note: A dialog saying “Digit al Signatur e Not Found” might appear to warn you that the device hasn’t got Micr osoft Digital Signature. Select “ Ye s ” to cont inue the installatio n, the softwa re has been tested and pr oved to work correctly with Windows.
Chapter 3. System Setup 3.1 How to scan Before watching or listening to TV/R adio, start “Scan Channel” and choose one of the four channel scanning methods (including “Country/R egion” , “ All” , “R ange” , and “Single”) to conduct program scanning.
