ZE20 9 The elliptical is equipped with two tra nsport whee ls which are engaged when rear of ZE20 is lifted. Transpo rt.
ZE20 10 Getting familiar with the control pan el ■ Console Operation of Your Elliptical.
ZE20 1 1 Power up The elliptica l is supplied with a wall mount power supp ly . W hen power is connected to the elliptical, the c onsole will automat ically power up. If there is no input to the console for 4 minutes the console will go to stand-by mode.
ZE20 12 Preset Programs There are 12 p reset programs to choose from. After power up, or reset, p ress the Up/Down keys to highlight th e Program icon. P ress the Mode key to en ter the program mode. The display will show P1, f or two secon ds, then change to the P1 program prof ile.
ZE20 13 If you want to choose to work at 75 % - for examp le - then use the Up/Down arrows to highlight 75% and press mode. Now the T ime window will be blinking a nd you can program it and other data the same as other programs. If you want to set your own custom T arget HR then use the Up/Down arrow to highlight THR and p ress mode.
