Alway s wear eye pr otectio n when opera ting or perfor ming maintenance on t his tool.
- 11 - unscrew and r emove the pisto n head fro m the sha ft with the Pisto n O-ring (1 7). 7. Pull the Piston shaft out o f the Housing. 8. If the Sliders ( 5) must be re placed, position the Slider Pin (14 ) over a clear ance opening in a soft bloc k and use a small dr ift to tap the Pin out of the Sliders and shaft.
- 12 - 7. Wipe a thin film of Marine G rade Moly Lube onto t he inner race of t he large op ening in the Dri ve Plate. 8. Position the Ratc het (6) in the central o pening of the Drive Plate. 9. Insert the Dri ve Segment (7 ) into the op ening adja cent to the Ratchet.
