3 14. To avoid fire o r shock hazard, plug t he unit directly into a 1 20 V AC electrical out let. 15. To disconnect heater, turn contro ls to OFF, then re move plug from outlet. P ull firmly on the plu g, DO NOT unplug b y pulling on the cor d. 16. Always unplug t he unit before moving or cleaning, o r whenever the heater is not in use.

5 OPERA TING INSTRUCT IONS Place the heater o n a firm, level surface an d plug into a grounded 1 20 V 60Hz power outlet. Only operate the hea ter when it is in the uprigh t position. Use the instructio ns below to opera te the heater using the co ntrol panel.
6 MAINT EN A NCE WARNING: ALWAYS UNPLUG THE CORD BEFORE MOVING OR SERVICING. CLEANING: IMPORTANT! DO NOT IMMERSE HEATER IN WATER! Clean the heater grills using the vacuum brush attachment on your vacuum cleaner. This will remove lint and dirt from the inside of the heater.
