ROT A TE the plastic cap on the CYLINDER V AL VE until the arrow points out through the gap in the valve shroud. PULL the lanyard out, then upwards. The cap will lift of f the valve. Do not use tools. Leave the cap hanging down from the valve while the cylinder is in use.
