Set the Clock Y ou must set the clock once so that the system announces the corr ect da y and time with your messages. After this, if you subscribe to Caller ID , the system will automatically r eset the clock each time new call information is r eceived.
5 The system stops recor ding and resets to answ er calls. If the system doesn’ t disconnect immediately , press and r elease the telephone switchhook. 6 Memor y is Full When memor y is full, or 100 messages hav e been recor ded, the Message Window flashes F . Delete messages to make r oom for new ones. When memor y is full, the system answers calls after 10 rings, and sounds two beeps instead of your announcement.
7 Listen T o , Sa ve & Delete Messag es • The system automatically sa ves y our messages until you delete them. Y ou can store a ppro ximately 19 minutes of messages, memos, and announcements (up to a maximum of 100 messages). • Befor e pla ying each message , the system announces the da y and time the message was receiv ed.
8 Connect with the Answ ering System Y ou can access many featur es remotely fr om a touch tone phone. 1 Dial your telephone n umber . 2 When the system answ ers, enter your three-digit Remote Access Code during or after the announcement. The system announces the number of messages, then begins message pla yback.
