7 Explanation of T est P oints All measurements were tak en using the “Continuous T ransmit” or “Continuous Receive” f eatures of the PTU diagnostic software .
8 T est Point E RF T ransmit Signal: The optional SMA connector can be used to hook up a Spectrum Analyzer f or RF ev aluation. Note that L4 (1.5nH) must be remov ed and C141 (15pF) and C37 (150pF) must be installed to activate the connector See (Figure 3).
9 T est Point J IF Receive Signal: The intermediate frequency (IF) receive signal is the down- conv er ted receiv e signal prior to the SA W bandpass filter . The center frequency of this signal is 374MHz with a bandwidth of 17MHz. The power of this signal is directly dependent on the input signal power .
