15 W415-0547 / C / 07.25.06 VERTICAL THR OUGH EXISTING CHIMNEY This appliance is designed to be attached to a 3" co-lin- ear aluminum fl ex vent system running the full length of a masonry chimney . The fl exliner accommdates any contours of a masonry chimney , however , it is necessary to keep the fl exible liner as straight as possible.

Having determined the air terminal location, cut and frame a hole in an exterior wall with a minimum rectangle opening of 10" x 9". IMPORT ANT : FOR OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE, THE STOVE PIPE SHOULD RISE ¼" PER FOOT OF RUN.
17 W415-0547 / C / 07.25.06 1. Fasten the roof support to the roof using the screws provided. The roof support is optional. In this case the venting is to be adequately supported using either an alternate method suitable to the authority having jurisdiction or the optional roof support.
18 W415-0547 / C / 07.25.06 1. Attach the adjustable pipe to the last section of rigid pip- ing. Secure with screws and seal. 2. Install the 4" aluminium fl exible liner to the stove. Secure with 3 screws and fl at washers. Seal the joint and screw holes using high temperature sealant.
