5 Using Y our Flip Grill 1. Place t he base on a sturd y, level surfa ce. 2. Place th e heating plat e onto the base, gr ill side up. 3. Ins ert the temper ature probe in to the side of the h eating plate , making sure th at it is prop erly attache d and sitting sq uarely on the bas e.

7 Helpful Hints 1. Please remember that the Flip Grill heating plate is coated with a nonstick surface and that heat-safe plastic utensils should always be used. 2. If you’re grilling vegetables, fish or lean meat, it’s best to spray the grilling surface with a cooking spray.
