HARDWARE INSTALLATION 1. Locate the PCMCIA slot of y our system. 2. Align the PCMCIA Fast Et hernet PC Card toward the PCMCIA slot. Push evenly and steadily until it is seated. 3. Plug one end of an Ethernet Cable into the RJ-45 port of the Media Coupler.
LED Indicators Act : Glows green when it is on, blinks when transmitting data. 10/100 : Glows orange at 100Mbps, dims at 10M bps. Link : Glows green when linked to a local network, blinks when receiving data.

7. For the first time installation, click Network icon in Control Panel to add Protocols , Client and Service if needed. 8. Reboot your com puter to activate the new device. Installation for Window s XP 1. Once the device is well connected, Windows will detect the new device and prompt you t o insert the network devi ce driver.
