4 Product Over view The NCB-10 04 Net work Control box is a com prehensiv e remote c ontrol solutio n for Mars hall’s IMD (In- Monitor Display) line of m onitors. T he NCB-1004 of fers complete contr ol of each monitor's menu settings and adj ustm ents such as contrast, col or, curtain c olor, as pect ratio, and more.
5 Install ation and Power- On ■ Unpacking Carefull y unpack the NC B-1004 and verif y that the f ollowing i tems are included: • NCB-1004 Network Control Box • V-PS12-5V-1 Power S uppl y with 2-Pin T wist Lock Connector • Operating Instructions Inspect the u nit for an y phys ical dam age that ma y have occurred d uring shi pping.
6 Front and Rear Panel Features RS-422 Out puts The RS-422 outputs sen d MEI pr otocol com mands to Marshal l’s IMD line of monitor s. Each out put has exactly the s am e signal. Up to 1 28 screens c an be connected to each outp ut. T hese output ports a lso pass Im age Video or T SL v4.
7 Connecting to the NCB-1004 Overview The NCB-10 04 can be operated b y any com puter with a web bro wser, via a T CP/IP net work connec tion. No a dditional software is needed. T he NCB-10 04 ma y be connecte d directl y to a singl e com puter, or connec ted to a l ocal area net work and acces sed by mult iple com puters .
