Exer cise F requency and Dur ation F requency and dur ation ar e important elements to c onsider in using your VP1000 Whole Body Vibr ation plat e. As oppos ed to c ardio vasc ular ex ercis e, wher e ex ercising 5-6 da ys per w eek is rec ommended, for Whole Body V ibr ation we r ecommend 2 - 3 times per week.
Ther e are man y e xer cises that y ou can select f or y our work outs depending on the area o f the body you choose t o e xer cise, le vel o f fitness and y our personal e xer cise objectiv es. W e have select ed a cor e set of e xer cises t o describe in this Owner s Manual.
Lung e Body P osition: S tand on the floor with y our feet shoulder width apart and toe s pointing forw ard. Be sur e t o keep y our upper body erect, head f acing forw ard with arms do wn at the side.

T roubleshooting Pr oblem: Unit vibr ates or bounc es, not s table Solution: Make sur e the unit is not set up on plush c arpet with padding. T he unit needs to be se t up on a semi firm surfac e. Mak e sure the b ase of the vibr ation plate is le vel b y making adjustment s with the 4 adjustment feet on the bot tom o f the unit.
