3 Prior to assembly , remove components from the box and verify that all the listed parts were supplied. Before using this unit or starting any exercise program, consult your physician. This is especially important for persons over the age of 35 and/or persons with pre- existing health problems.

Assembly 5.
STEP 1 Assemble Middle Upright to Half Cage structure using: 1 x (4) Middle Upright 2 x (12) W asher 1 x (21) Bolt 1 x (17) Nylon Lock Nut Note : Use bolt assembly from Half Cage Lat Attachment to secure bottom of Middle Upright (4). 6 NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled.
STEP 2 Connect Pec Dec Arm Mount (4) using: 2 x (10) Bolt 4 x (12) W asher 2 x (17) Nylon Lock Nut 7 NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled.
8 NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. Assembly STEP 3 Connect Arms (2,3) to P ec Dec Arm Mount (4) using: 2 x (14) Big W asher 2 x (13) Bolt 2 x (19) Plug Note: Bushing (8) will already be installed on unit.
STEP 4 Place Pec Dec Cable (18) into positions using: 3 x (9) Big Pulley 3 x (17) Nylon Lock Nut 3 x (11) Bolt 6 x (12) W asher 1 x (5) Swing Pulley Brack et 1 x (21) Low Pulley Cable 9 NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled.
STEP 5 Attach all pads (6,7) using: 6 x (10) Bolt 6 x (12) W asher 10 NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. Assembly.
