CAUTION: While it is possible for one person to assemble this grill, obtain assistance from another person when handling some of the larger, heavier pieces. Note: Be sure to slide grease tray out of back of grill head and remove all pack aging from tray.

Grease Cup Assembly From the bac k, pull o u t gre as e tray (W), remove a ny packaging materials from it, then insert grease cup (X) in to grease tray (W) as shown in (Fig.16). Push grease tray back into grill. 6. Installing Cooking Components (a) Place heat diffu sers over burners as show n.

3. Be sure all gas connections are securely tightened. 4. Turn on gas supply. 5. Open the grill main lid. 6. Push and turn any main burner con trol knob to HI position. Push Electronic I g nition button f or 3 to 5 seconds to light burner. 7. If the burner does not light after 5 seconds, turn knob to OFF .
IGNITE / HI LO OFF WARNING Never lean over the grill cooking area while lighting your gas grill. Ke ep your f a ce and body a safe distance (at least 18 inches) from the cooking grid sur face when lighting your grill b y match. If Grill Still Fail s To Light 1.
