GAS CONNECTION ONL Y USE THE REGULA T OR AND HOSE ASSEMB L Y PROVIDED WITH THIS GRILL. REPLACEMENT PRESSURE REGULA TORS AND HOSE ASSEMBLIES MUST BE THOSE SPECIFIED BY THE MANUF ACTURER. This is a L.P . (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) configured grill. Do not a ttempt to use a natural gas supply unless the grill has been reconfi gured for natural gas use.
6. When connect regulator assembly to the val ve, ha nd tighten nu t clockwise to a positive stop. Do not use a wrench to tighten. Use of a wrench may damage quick coupling nut and result in a hazardous condition. (as the figure shown below) 7. Open tank valve fully (counterclockwise).

4. Af ter all the Propane orifices are removed from t he grill place them in a safe spot away from your work area. This will ensure you do no t re-inst all the Propane orifices. 5. Using an approved thread sealan t, re place the Main Burner Orif ices with the NEW Natural Gas orifices supplied.

LEAK TESTING GENERAL Although all gas connections on the grill are leak tested at the factory prior to shipment, a complete g as tightness check must be performed at the installation site due to possible mishandling in shipment, or excessive pressure unknowingly being applied to the unit.

FLAME CHARACTERISTICS: Check for proper burner flame char acteristics. Each burner is adjus ted prior to shipment; however , variations in the local gas supply may take subtle necessary adjustment s. Burner flames should be blue and stable. There should be no excessive no ise, or flame lifting.

USING THE GRILL: Grilling requires high heat for searing and proper brow ning. Most foods are cooked at the “HI” heat setting for the entire cooking time. However, when gr illing large pieces of meat or poultry, it may be necessary to turn the heat to a lower setting after the initial browni ng.
CARE & MAINTENANCE MAINTENANCE 1. Keep the grill area clear and free from combustibl e materials, gasoline and other flammable vapors and liquids. 2. Keep the holes in the three sides of the cart clear and free from debris, thus ensure the flow of combustion and ventilation air is unobstructed.
TROUBLE SHOOTING SPIDER AND INSECT W ARNING S piders and insects can nest in the burners after stor ing, these nest can cause fires inside the tube or beneath the grill. This is very danger ous condition. So always clean the burners before use after storin g.
