A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Plug the two Stabiliz er End Caps (#23) onto the bottom of the two Rear Upright Beams (#1).
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Plug a Stabilizer End Cap (#23) onto the bottom of Front Leg (#8). Attach the Front Leg to the Main Seat Suppor t (#6). Secur e it wi th three M8 x 5/8” Allen Bolts (#30) and Ø 5/8” W ashers (#33). DO NOT tighten the Bol ts yet.
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#10) to the Front Leg (#8) . Secure it with one M8 x 3 1/8” Allen Bolt ( #28), tw o Ø 5/8” W ashers (#33), and one M8 Airc raft Nut (#36). B.) Inser t two Foam Tubes (#11) halfway through the holes on the Leg Dev eloper.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the hol e-side of the Backrest Supports ( #13) onto both ends of the pivot on the Mai n Seat Support (#6). Pl ace the other end rest ag ainst the Backrest Adjustment Bar (#4). B.) Pl ace the Backrest Board (#14) onto the Backrest Supports.
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach the Ar m Curl Pad ( #16) to the Arm Curl Stand (#12) . Secure it w ith two M 8 x 5/8” Al len Bolts (#30) and Ø 5/8” W ashers (#33). B.) Inser t the Arm Cur l Stand into the top opening on the Front Leg. Secur e it with a Lock Knob ( #24).
