A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and Allen Wrench. NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible injury . Caution: Chil dr e n must NOT use the equi pment unti l i t’ s proper l y i nstal l ed.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Piv ot on a Swi ng Arm ( #6) to the open bracket on the Sw ing Base (#7). Alig n the holes and insert an Ax le (#12) through the hol es. Secure each end of the Axle w ith one Bushing (#13) , Ø ¾” W asher (#27), and M10 x 5/8” Allen Bolt (#23).
Step 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Connect the Left Seat Support (#5) and the Right Seat Suppor t (#4). Secur e them together w ith two M10 x 3” Hex Bolts (#21), four Ø ¾ ” Bent W ashers (#26), and two M 10 Aircraft Nuts (#28) . B.) Cov er the two N uts wi th two Nut C overs (#16).
Step 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Note: Help of another per son is strong ly recommended for this step. B.) Attach the tw o open brackets on the Rig ht and Left Seat Supports (#4 & #5) to the piv ot on the two Sw ing Arms (#6). C.) Insert an Ax le (#12) through the hol es.
STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Place a Seat Pad (#8) onto the Left Seat Support (#5). Secure the front hole on the Left Seat Support w ith one M10 x 3 3/8” Allen Bol t (#25), Ø ¾ ” Lock W asher (#29), and Ø ¾” Bent W asher (#26).
