There are plastic caps covering the threaded connector w here the Legs w ill mount on.
Step-4 Connect the tw o Handrails (#5) and securely tighten together with the screws on the Handrail. Step-5 Insert the tw o Ha ndrails (# 4) into the Handrail Supports (#3). Use the lock knob on the Handrail (#4) to firmly lock the Handrail in position.
