A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required for A ssembling this Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended that tw o or more people assemble this machine to av oid possible injury . STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Do not tighten Nuts and Bolts until instructed to do so.
STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Main Seat Support (#4) to the Front Post (#5). Secure it w ith two M 10 x 2 ¼” Hex Bolts (#22), one 1 ½” x 4 ½” Bracket (#11), four Ø ¾” W ashers (#26), and two M 10 Aircraft Nuts (#30) . B.) Attach the Main Seat Support to the Cr oss Brace (#3).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A. ) Attach the Leg Developer ( #6) to the open bracket on the Front Post ( #5). Secure it with one M 8 x 2 ¾” Hex Bolt (#23) , two Ø 5/8” W ashers (#27), and one M 8 Aircr aft Nut (#29). Do not ov er tighten the Nut and Bolt.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the bottom side-holes on Backr est Supports (#8) to the pi vot on the Mai n Seat Support (#4). R est the other end against the Backr est Adjustment Bar (#7) . B.) Attach the Backrest Board (#12) to the Backrest Support.
