Turn on/off switc h to OF F and turn p ressure contr ol knob fully counter clockwi se. 3. Unlock tri gger sa fety. Hold metal p art of gun firm ly to side o f grounde d metal pai l and trigger gun to reliev e press ure.
Start Engin e 12 313888E Star t Engine 1. Move fuel valve to OPEN. 2. Move choke to CLOSED. 3. Set throt tle to FAST. 4. Set en gine sw itch to ON. 5. Pul l starter rope. 6. Aft er en gin e star ts, move ch oke t o OPEN . 7. Set throttle to desire d setting .
Setup 313888E 13 Setup 1. Fill mixin g pail with pre- mixed t exture m aterial. Mix per mater ial man ufactu rer instruc tions . Add approxim ately 10% water to texture mix or per materi al manufactur er instructions. Mix thor oughly. 2. Connect ma terial hos e to pump o utlet.
Setup 14 313888E 5. Turn on/of f switch OFF and tur n drain valv e knob to SPRA Y. 6. Turn on/off switch O N, and run pump until a s teady stream o f materia l flows fr om ma terial hos e. Turn on/off swi tch to O FF and tu rn drai n valve knob to DRAIN.

Clean up 18 313888E Clean up 1. Turn on/off swi tch OFF. 2. Perform Pressure Relief procedure , page 10. 3. Place p ump in pai l of c lean water. 4. Shut OF F air if sprayi ng with air. Rem ove ap plicator from mate rial and ai r hoses. 5. Base Coat Pump: Discon nect m aterial hose from pump out let.
