READ THIS FIRST! For GAGGlA~~spresso/Cappuccino Makers BEFORE making espresso the first time, you MUST prime the pump! Here’s how to do it: 1. Plug the electrical cord into a live outlet. 2. Fill the water reservoir. (Filtered water is better.) 3. Place an empty filter into the black handled filter holder.
8. The pump sound will change in a few seconds and espresso will start to flow into the cups. 9. When the streams of espresso turn light in color, TURN OFF the “coffee” switch. 10. You may now remove the cups of espresso and serve them. 11. Before making more espresso, remove the filter holder and knock out the used grounds.
