4 3. Display ing th e Catalogu e Char t 1. Pres s the [CH ART PLAN ] key to disp lay the m enu. 2. Plac e the curs or on the [C atalogue] and pr ess the [SELECT] key . 3. Chec k on the [N am e] and [Catalog ue char t s] check box es and sel ect [C D] in t he [View fi lter s] w indow.
5 6. Set the c hart g roup to up date as f oll ow s. a. Plac e the curs or on the [G roups] button at the b ottom of the [Catalog ue] w i ndow and press the [S ELECT] ke y . b. Place the cur sor on the [New ] b utton and press the [S ELECT] ke y . c. Place the c ursor on an alp hbet or num b er but ton and pr ess the [ SELECT] key .

Then, p lac e the cur sor on t he [OK] b utton and p ress the [SELECT] key .
