5 T ools Required (included): M5 Allen Wrench Multi Hex T ool with Phillips Screwdriver Wrench NOTE: All location references, such as fr ont, rear , left or r ight, made in these instructions are from the user being on the unit and facing f orw ard.
6 STEP 4 – Handlebar Installation a) Attach Handlebar to Seat Adjustment T ube under Seat with the two Assembly Knobs. Place Knob Caps on threaded end of Knobs. Note: Do not pinch the wires. b) Attach Handlebar Pulse Wire to Long Extension Wire coming fr om the Frame.
7 STEP 5 – Console T ube a) Connect the Short Pulse Extension Wire to the Long Pulse Extension Wire. Then connect the (upper) Console Extension Wi re to the (lo wer) Console Extension W ire. b) Slide Console T ube into Frame and attach with M8 x 12mm Allen Bolts.
8 Assembly is now complete. IMPOR TANT : Please read page 9 before beginning your wo rk out for important instructions on how to use y our Recumbent Bik e. STEP 7 – Batter y Installation a) Remo ve Battery Door from back of Console, and insert (4) “C” Batter ies and replace the Batter y Door .
USING Y OUR RECUMBENT BIKE Once y our bike is assembled, mak e sure that your w or kout space has a solid, lev el surface with plenty of space ar ound it.
10 OPERA TING THE COMPUTER INTRODUCTION This system is designed f or programm a ble Magnetic Cycles. There are 3 major components in the system. The LCD Display Computer , The Motor Controller and the Magnetic br aking system. The Computer displays 7 dif ferent functions: Time, Speed, RPM, Distance, Calor ies, Reco very and Hear t Rate.
11 USER PROGRAM This progr am allows y ou to progr am your o wn individual resistance progr am. Select USER from start up. Adjust the resistance lev els by pressing UP ▲ or DOWN ▼ .P ress MODE to mo ve to the next position until y ou have f inished.
12 LCD DISPLA Y UNIT This system pro vides 6 dif ferent Exer cise Progr ams . When y ou preset the w orkout time, the system will divide the time by 16 regular inter vals, w hich will become y our Exercise T ime Segments.

17 Stretches can help impro ve f lexibility and relieve the tightness in m uscles that results from repetitiv e spor t mov ements that require a limited range of motion. 10 to 12 minutes of daily stretching is recommended. This can be done when warming up or cooling down.
