SOFTWARE INSTALLATION This section describes how to install the driver and utility for the ENUWI-NX2 Wireless 802.11n. Windows Based Utility Installation 1) Insert the Utility and Driver CD-ROM in to your computer’s CD-ROM Drive and then click the Setup Wizard .

WIRELESS UTILITY SETTING The user can configure the wireless settings using the Wireless Adapter Configuration Utility. Double -click the utility icon that appears in the taskbar. The Wireless Adapter Config uration Utility is divided in to six sections: Link Info, Configuration, Site Survey , Profile, WPS and About.
Link Quality : Shows the link quality of the ENUWI-NX2 Wireless 802.11n with the Access Point when operating under Infrastr ucture mode. Signal Strength: Shows the wireless signal stre ngth of the connection between the ENUWI-NX2 Wireless 802.11n with the Access Point.
Authentication and Security: The following options are avail able: Open System , Shared Key, WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK , WPA EAP-TLS, WPA2 EPA-TLS . Select Open System, Shared Key for WEP data encryption feature.
WP A EAP-TLS If using the WPA/WPA2 EAP-TLS authenti cation method, please sel ect the Encryption type for TKIP or AE S then select the WPA/WPA2 Certificate from drop down list.
Site Survey This screen allo ws the user to scan for available wireless networks ( wireless clients and Access Points). It als o allows the us er t o establish wireless communicati o ns with an available wireless network. Available Network – displays the wireless networks (wireles s clients and access points) that are within range.
Profile Profile – The user can create an d manage the created prof iles for home, work or public areas. By double-click ing on one of the created pr ofile, the setting will adjust to the specific setting such as SSID, channel, and encry ption as saved by that particular profile.
WPS WiFi Protected Setup (WPS) is an optiona l certification prog ram from the Wi-Fi Alliance that is designed to ease the task of setting up an d configuring security on a wireless network. There ar e two methods used in the WPS as below instruction.
