I n t r o d u c t i o n 1 . 1 O v e r v i e w The Corinex CableLAN Adapter is a network interface adapter , using the coaxial cable as a medium for communications. After successful installation, the indoor CableLAN network behaves like a traditional LAN for computers.

2 . 5 I n s t a l l i n g t h e S e t u p T o o l 1. The Corinex Setup T ool for MAC OS X is on the CD-ROM supplied with the adapter . T o start installation of the program, launch the cpntool.

3. The next two screens will ask the user where the Setup T ool should be installed. Please select the desired disk and folder destination and click Continue to start the installation process.

If this fails, there is a problem with the Ethernet network card.
