3 To Receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number Contact the company from whom you purchased the product. If yo u purchased the product directly from Cisco, contact your Cisco Sales and Service Re presentative.

14 5 Power Up the Equipment Step 1 If you are using the redundant-with-reboot configuration (n ot recommended), power up the switch by connecting the AC power cord of the hub or switch to a n AC power outlet.
