Plug one end of the handset cord into the handset socket and the other end into the socket at the end of the base. 2. Plug the telephone line cord into the socket on the underside of the base.

A quarterly fee is payable. When you are on a call and another caller is trying to get through, the Call Waiting beep will sound to alert you.

So that the switchboard has time to pick up an outside line, you may also need to add a pause after the access code.
