6 Tank Holder INS T ALLING THE LP GA S C YLINDER (T ANK) ONT O THE GRILL: 1. Chec k that the cylinder val ve is closed b y tur ning the knob cloc kwise. Inspect cylinder val ve rubber seal f or cracks or det er ioration. Do not use pr opane tank with damaged seal as a gas leak ma y occur .
7 HOSE AND REGULA T OR: Y our grill is equipped with a T ype 1 connection device with the f ollowing f eatures: 1 . The s yst em will not allow g as ow from the c ylinder until a positive connection t o the val ve has been made .
8 WHEN T O PERFORM A LEAK TEST : • Af t er assembling your g r ill and bef ore lighting f or the rst time , ev en if purchased full y assembled. • Ev er y time the LP gas c ylinder is re lled, ex changed or if any of the gas components ar e disconnected or replaced.
9 LIGHTING THE MAIN B URNERS: 1 . Open lid befor e lighting burner . 2. Make sur e all control knobs are in the “OFF” position. 3 . Select the b ur ner t o be lit. P ush and tur n the control knob of that burner to the “HIGH” position 4. P ress the electr onic igniter and hold f or 3–5 seconds to light b ur ner 5.
10 6. Repeat st eps 3–5 for lighting each b ur ner . Alw ay s use electronic ignit er for lighting each b ur ner . If burner does not ignite using the push-b ut ton ignit er , wait 5 minut es, see “Match Lighting the Main Bur ners” section. 7 . T o tur n of f , tur n each control knob cloc kwise until it locks in the “OFF” position.

13 W ARNING: If a bristle br ush is used t o clean any of the cooking surf aces, ensure no loose bristles remain on the cooking surf aces pr ior t o gr illing as loose bristles ma y att ach to f ood.
14 BURNER A SSEMBL Y/MAINTENANCE: • Although y our burners are constructed of st ainless steel, they ma y corr ode as a result of the e xtreme heat and acids from cooking f oods. R egular ly inspect the b ur ner s for crac ks, abnor mal holes , and other signs of corrosion damage.
15 BEFORE S T ORING Y OUR GRILL: • Ensur e that the cylinder val ve is full y closed. • Clean all surf aces. Lightly coat the b ur ners with cooking oil t o pre v ent ex cess rusting. • If st or ing the grill indoors , disconnect the LP tank and leav e the LP tank OUTDOORS .

Step 3 Remo ve the spring, w asher , and bolt from the t ank gauge brac ket. Set aside f or use in Step 5. At tach the tank g auge brack et onto the base using t wo M6 X 1 2 mm bolts (sliv er) as illustrated in F igure 1 .
Step 6 Using f our M6 X1 2 mm bolts (silv er) at tach the lef t panel and the right panel to the cart base. Step 7 Using f our M6 X 1 2 mm bolts (silv er) at tach the bac k panel.
Step 8 T o at tach the wind de ector , inser t the upper car t brace pr e-att ached bolts through the k ey holes of the wind de ector , slide the wind de ector down war d and tighten the bolts securel y .
Step 1 0 With the help of a friend, place the grill body assembl y on the grill car t. Secure using f our M6 X 12 mm bolts (blac k) from the lef t and the r ight side of the frame . Open the grill hood, then use one M5 X 1 2 mm bolts (blac k) and one M6 washer t o secure the right side tab le assembl y to the grill body from the inside (F igure 2).
