20 ICE CREAM QUICK V ANILLA ICE CREAM INGREDIENTS 1 ½ cups (375ml) milk 1 ¼ cups pure cr eam 2 x 60g eggs ½ cup caster s ugar 1 teas poon vanilla extra ct METHOD 1. Blend all th e ingredients in a blender until well combin ed. 2. Refrigerate mixture f or at least 2 ho urs.
