4 Cleaning and maintenance This appliance is suitable for cleaning under an open water tap. Remove the cutting cage (1) by turning counter-clockwise. Clean the cutting cage and the blade (2) under running water (b). After cleaning, leave the cut- ting parts to dry before reas- sembling (c).
