Adding the Multi-CD Changer to your Wave ® music system pr ovides you with some valuable benefits: • A four -disc W ave ® music system – Allows you to load and play up to four audio CDs.
5 Setup English Français Español Selecting a location for your system Y our Multi-CD Changer is designed to fit dire ctly under your Wave ® music system. Before you connect the Multi-CD Changer to the W ave ® music system, select a good location for the complete system using the following guidelines.
6 Setup Français Español English Connecting the Multi-CD Changer to your W ave ® music system If you have already set up your W ave ® music system, disconnect the power cord on the back panel and set it aside. Y ou will need to use it again during this setup pr ocedure.
7 Setup English Français Español Updating your W ave ® music system T o enable your W ave ® music system to operate the Mult i-CD C hanger , run the update disc included with the changer . The display w ill tell you when the update is finished. 1.
8 Français Español English Operation Remote control guide An additional r emote control is include d with your W ave ® music system Multi-CD Changer . This remote is id entical to the one used to control your W ave ® music system. So, you can use either remote to contr ol the completed multi-CD system .
9 Operation English Français Español Loading CDs into the W ave ® music system Insert the disc, label side up, into the C D slot below the display . The disc player will automatically pull the disc in and begin playing. Press CD if the CD sour ce is not selected.
10 Operation Français Español English Playing CDs With the Multi-CD Changer installed, your W ave ® music system operates as a four -disc changer . Now , when you play CDs, all the normal CD information appear s on the display with one addition – the selected CD slot number (d1, d2, d3, or d4) appe ars above the elapsed track time.
11 Operation English Français Español Play modes for audio CDs Additional audio CD play modes are available on your Wave ® mus ic system after adding the CD changer . While playing a CD, press Play Mode repeatedly until the play mo de you want is displayed: • NORMAL PLA Y .
12 Français Español English Listening to an External Audio Source Connecting an external audio source The Wave ® music system Multi-CD Changer provides two rear panel inputs (AUX 1 and AUX 2) for exter nal audio devices such as TV , VCR, DVD player , cassette player , or MP3 player .
