CounterPath eyeBeam 1.5 10 3.4 Answering a Call eyeBeam must be runni ng to answer incoming calls. (If ey eBeam is not running, incoming ca lls may be directed to voicemail, but check with your V oIP service prov ider to be sure.) The softphone rings and the li ne of the incoming call is lit.
