English -5- Intended use Y our Black & Decker Mixer has been designed for blending, mixing, beating, whipping and whisking food and beverage ingredients. Do not use this appliance for any other purpose. This product is intended for indoor household use only .

English -7- Assembly Warning! Befor e assembly , make sure that the appliance is switched off and unplugged. Fitting and removing an attachment • Use the beaters (4) for blending, beating, mixing, whisking & creaming. • Use the dough hooks (5) for kneading.
English -8- Operating times and preparations Switching on and off • T o switch the appliance on, press the speed control. • For a faster burst of speed, the turbo button (3) can be pressed for a few seconds. • T o switch off, return the control to the "Off" (0) position, or r elease the turbo button (3).
