NOTE: The rubberized grip is free of natural rubber and latex. It is safe for use by individuals allergic or sensitive to these materials. IMPORTANT: When the TriggerGuard™ “Lock” is in position, the “On” Switch cannot be pressed inward even when the Knife is plugged in (A).
4. Release the TriggerGuard™ Lock by sliding it toward the blade (D). Press the “On” Switch and guide the Knife Blades down through the food. Use a carving fork to hold the food, if necessary. CAUTION: NEVER place your hand over the Blade to support it while operating this knife.

11 2. Lorsqu’on installe ou qu’on retire les lames, s’assurer que l’interrupteur de sûreté TriggerGuard mc est en position de marche et que le couteau est débranché. 3. Insérer les lames dans les fentes de la poignée (C) en les saisissant par les appuie- doigt et en éloignant le côté tranchant (dentelé) de la main.
12 3. On peut nettoyer la poignée du couteau et le cordon avec un chiffon humide. NE PAS utiliser de produit nettoyant ni de matériau abrasif sur aucune pièce du couteau car cela pourrait en abîmer le fini.
