4 The function of the XP series pads v aries accor ding to which tr igger input jack on the Drum T r igger Module the pad is con- nected. The char t below describes its func tion in r elation to trigger input jac ks.
5 XP1 00T/1 0 0SD/1 20T Af ter set ting up your r ack s yst em (Y amaha RS series, etc.) or a standard t om stand (Y amaha WS series , etc.), at tach the pad as shown in the illustration. Inser t the tom holder (hex agonal bar) q on y our rack or tom st and into the pad, and firmly tighten the clamp bolt w to s ecu re.
6 The pad controller used w ith the drum trigger module is compatible with pad contr ol functions. The pad contr oller lets you adjust a var iety of parameter s (snar es set ting and tightnes s , tuning, etc.
7 No Sound, V olume is Low Is the pad connected to the correct input number of the DTX Ser ies Drum T rigger Module using the supplied st ereo phone cable? (See “P ad-t o-Input Matching Char t” above .) When a pad is connect ed with a mono phone cable , the voices assigned t o the rim sections ar e not produced.
