Since Rada r sig nals tra vel in a straight line, t his Radar encoun ter poten tially offer s maximum warning range. Once the signal is r eceived, the initial warning co nsists of the X, K or S uper W ideband K a audio and visual alerts and the simul- taneous illumin ation of a signal strength digit.
