10 9 Loosen downrod ball (1) fr om downr od (3) by removing set screw (2). Slide downrod ball (1) off of downrod and remov e pin (4). 14 Align the keyholes on the canopy (3) with the protruding screw heads (2) from the mounting brack et (1). Lift the canopy up and rotat e clockwise until the scr ewheads engage the keyslots fully .

Locat e the indentations on the neck of the glass (2) and align with the pr otrusions from the light kit (1). Lift the glass up allowing the protrusions to engage the indentations on the glass, and twist the glass clockwise to lock into place .

19 OPERA TION AND MAINTENANCE Operation T urn on the pow er and check operation of fan. T he pull chain controls the fan speeds as follows: 1 pull - high; 2 pulls - medium; 3 pulls - low; 4 pulls - off . Speed settings for warm or cool weather depend on factors such as room size, ceiling height, number of fans and so on.
