6 HOW TO USE BA KIN G (For pizza, biscuits, and bread) For baking function, the upper and lo wer heating elements will cycle on and off to maintain a constant temperature. T he temperature and tim e settings depend on the type of food and thickness. The approp riate temperatur e for bakin g food such as bread or pizza is 350°F (177°C).
