Metal dust will slowly accumulate below the Coarse and Fine grinding wheels. A removable drawer can be found underneath the grinding wheels in the rear of the unit. Occasionally , remove the drawer and wipe with a damp cloth or paper towel. This will remove all of the metal shavings.
