12 F-38251 (09- 13 ) REV F The French (solid surfac e) Plates are rated for 2000 W atts and are controlled b y an infinite heat switch. A French (solid surface) Plate will reach cook ing tem perature from room te m perature in 5 to 7 minutes at a HI switch setting.
