5 INS INS TR TR UCTIONS F UCTIONS F OR THE USER OR THE USER General inf ormation This appliance is designed for the storage of refrigerated and frozen f ood in a domestic environment. T o ensure cor rect operation, the appliance should be located where the ambient t emperature is between 1 6-32 °C.
6 Using the Appliance This appliance is designed for domestic use only , specifically for the storage of edible foodstuffs. The appliance is designed to operate in ambient temperatures (surrounding air temperature) between 1 6 °C and 32 °C. If these temperatures are e xceeded i.

8 The F reez er When freezing fresh food always place the f ood in the freezing compar tment which is the top drawer in the freezer section. 1 . T ur n the thermostat control to 5 (max).
9 Hints & T Hints & T ips ips Normal Operating Sounds Y ou may hear faint gurgling or bubbling sounds when the refrigerant is pumped through the coils or tubing. When the compressor is on, the refrigerant is being pumped round and you will hear a whirring sound or pulsating noise from the compressor .

This should be removed with the special plastic scraper provided, whenever the thickness of the frost reaches 1 / 4 .
